ÞORRABLÓT

Our Þorrablót is just a few days away and this year promises to be the most fun and memorable Spring celebration our club has ever had. Dare to try ram testicles or rotten shark? We have lots of new surprises, special guests, games for the kids and a terrific silent auction including Icelandair tickets, so be prepared! All proceeds go to the ICCT which helps fund our club scholarships.
We’re looking forward to seeing you!
6 pm Cash Bar, 7 pm Dinner
Our Thorri Buffet Features:
Appetizers: Gravlax, Smoked Trout, Rullapylsa, Lifrapylsa, Flatkaka, Kaefa, + Hardfisk
Main Course: Roast Lamb, Hangikjot, Poached Salmon, Turkey, Vegetarian Dishes, Potatoes, Pasta and Green Salads.
Dessert: Cream filled and rolled Ponnukokur, Vinarterta, Kleinur, Saetsupa, Skyr, Calla Lillies, Jelly Roll and Mysuostur
The main course is catered, however, food donations of appetizers and desserts and traditional Icelandic food, would be greatly appreciated. If you can provide a dish please email Arden Jackson at thorrablot@icct.info

For a ‘Toonie’ you can try a ram testicle or a piece of delicious rotten shark or even braised lamb´s head. Try all 3 for only $5! Those who eat it, get the ‘Balls of Honour’ reward, and their own photo (eating it) in the ‘Hall of Fame’ on the ICCT website.
